How the course works

Online, in a small group, about 90 minutes an evening. You get the most out of it by building your own system from the first evening and leaving with it; if you prefer, you can simply follow along. Everyone works on their own; anyone who likes can share their screen and show where they've got to.

Evening 1An overview of everything you have going

Why an ordinary chat can't carry long work, and what it looks like when you decide and the AI keeps the records. That evening you set up an overview of all your projects — the base you work from after that.

Evening 2Your project gets a memory

You write down the ground rules, the current state, what's decided and what's still open. Then you drop in everything you have — notes, documents, transcripts — and the AI sorts it and pulls out what matters. You also learn to wrap up your work so nothing gets lost. From here on, you never start from scratch.

Evening 3Checks, export and a steady intake

An audit that finds where your project contradicts itself — two versions of the same thing, both claiming to be current. An export that lets you take the whole system anywhere. And how to keep new material flowing into the project as it comes, not only when you remember it. To finish, a tour of the other ready-made procedures you get.

Introductory price, final: Kolista s. r. o. is not VAT-registered, so nothing is added. It covers three live evenings, preparation, ready-made procedures, 30 days of support after the course including one personal call of up to 30 minutes, and access to the materials for at least 6 months. A Claude subscription (Pro or higher) is not included.

How ordering works

Pick a date and fill in the order form (in Slovak, as is the course). Within three working days I accept the order by email with payment details — that is when the contract is made. You pay by bank transfer after acceptance. I run the course myself, in a group of 5 to 12.

About me

Who runs the course

Tomáš Kollárik

I run long projects that last months and years — research, grants, books, companies. I hit the same limit you do, and instead of hunting for “guaranteed prompts”, I built my own system. Today I run several projects at once and go deep on each, because whatever I work out with AI stays written down in the project, and I never have to explain it twice. In summer 2026 I ran the pilot course the testimonials above come from; the ready-made procedures you get are the ones I use on my own projects. The course is that system, handed on.
